TEAM DOS

Team Dos will depart for Quito Monday, May 12. During our time in Quito, we will be working in the community of Santos Pamba. Our main work is to finish the community center that was last worked on 3-4 years ago. We will also be working on a path around the school, so the school is easily accessible. This second trip to Quito by Faith Baptist is designed to show that Jesus calls us to serve others who are in need, and continue the work of planting a church in Santos Pamba. Please be in prayer for the 13 teams members: Kaleigh Bindel, Greg, Candice, Alex, and Eric Fulton, Karen Henry, Courtney Roberts, Paul and Shelley Sassenberg, Angela Snyder, Jeff and Carson White, and Greg White. We will return to Wichita Falls on Monday, May 19.

You are in our prayers. God will be with you all the way. What a wonderful opportunity that Alex and Eric and everyone else is getting. Our prayers are with all of you and for those at home, be safe, have a wonderful experience, and share Gods love. I can’t wait to see the pictures when the kids get back to school.

Words cannot express my excitement for you that in the coming days, you will be walking where we, Team Alpha walked less than a month ago. We took the “baton” from our Pastor and Kelly Brady to begin a partnership with the Lord in the Santos Pamba community. Now the baton has been handed to you. Take it and run for Jesus. He is your strength! I will be praying for you everyday. Enjoy His presence.

I am lifting you up in prayer this AM as you begin your first day of sharing Christ in all you do and say. May you be beacons in the darkness. I pray for guidance in your every step, endurance for the task you do today and safety from the evil one.

Anxious to hear about your day.

    Team Dos,
Each of you are being covered in my prayers. I know that this week is going to be amazing, challenging, as well as fruitful. I cannot wait to hear all the wonderful stories. I love each of each of you sooo much. Thank you for going, for being the hands and feet of Jesus. May this trip change you just as much as it does Ecuador.
